To manage marine assets, ITM focuses on building up the quality and number of its seagoing staff. We employ a crewing network that seeks out ideal candidates in strong markets. Our more than 5,000 seafarers hail from India, Norway, Poland, Romania and Russia, primarily. ITM's crewing services are complete, taking full responsibility for the service on behalf of shipowners.

We continually improve our selection and training of marine staff. Only fully qualified, well experienced and carefully selected seafarers are employed with us. Manning is another area of managing marine assets where ITM is beyond compliance. .
