Lars Modin President and CEO
International Tanker Management Group

Modin has tremendous experience with the quality management of high-specification tanker vessels. Before taking over the helm at ITM in 2006, he worked as manager with Stolt Nielson's product and chemical tanker operations. Hailing from an area near Stockholm with deep maritime roots, he worked as a chief engineer for over ten years. Modin is regarded in the business as an innovator and a doer, with an open approach to new solutions.

Anil Cariappa, Technical Director
International Tanker Management Limited - Dubai Branch

A Marine Chief  Engineer ,  Anil  has 33 years of experience in shipping with about 15 years in sea service. He joined ITM in 1997 having worked ashore in other Companies for 3 years. His sailing experience varied from Tankers, OBOs, General Cargo to Orange juice & Sheep carriers. An avid reader, he relaxes in his free time by fixing all things broken by his teenage children.

Pradeep Mark Patil Fleet Manager
International Tanker Management Houston

With over 30 years experience in various aspects of the industry of which 17 years were spent sailing, Patil has been with ITM Germany since 2006. He took over as fleet manager at the ITM Houston office in January 2008.
Patil has experience with new building takeover for tankers, PCCs dry-docking and upgrading of container ships. He also has experience with VLGC new building takeovers and docking. His previous experience has been with Barber Ship Management from 1982 till 2005 in various positions from Chief Engineer to Senior Vessel Manager. Out of the office Patil likes music, anything to do with electronics and DIY projects.

Scott Moffitt , Marine Director
International Tanker Management Limited - Dubai Branch

A Master Mariner with 24 years of seagoing experience, plus 7 years in shore side management. Moffitt has a surprising level of all-round experience in the Marine Industry specialising in tankers carrying liquid chemicals. Versatile, with career development ranging Ship's Master, Technical Superintendent, Principal Surveyor for a Marine and Engineering Consultancy, OCIMF accredited inspector and successful applicant for CDI accreditation. He has been with ITM since 1 st June 2008.
